Gurneys catered the marriage day, beginning with cocktail hour choices of mini lobster rolls, peekytoe crab desserts, and a seafood bar full with an enormous clamshell ice sculpture stuffed with East Coast oysters. Signature cocktails have been Dark N Stormy and a lighter grapefruit fizz. The rehearsal dinner was held at Crow’s Nest, which included mezze platters, natural grilled hen kebabs, lemon bucatini, and rosé.
